Demystifying Gladly Integrations

Gladly understands the importance of connection and builds it into everything we do.

In the 1980s, network economics predicted when we connected more systems together, the power of that network would increase geometrically – a hypothesis proven true by the internet over and over. Every company now combines many systems of information, automation, and people.

Designing great experiences for customers takes listening, research, and thought. But before that experience can succeed it has to be connected to other data tools to understand context, and to automation tools to do things that matter for customers.

To help customers thrive, you need to connect all the systems they’ll need together. Let’s take a quick swim through the networks of Gladly integrations.

App marketplace

We believe in connecting systems together and have an open marketplace with a growing number of apps built by third parties. From eCommerce order platforms to workforce management tools, plus AI/automation, quality management, customer satisfaction tools, loyalty systems, even product reviews, we’ve got apps for it. The Gladly app marketplace makes it easy to connect actions to agents and to use Gladly data in your other business systems.

Customer data

Gladly is built to put people at the center. That means we provide a robust tool you can quickly install to find your customers and pull their activity together into one understandable view for your service heroes.

Channels

Customers want to connect with your company in many ways. You shouldn’t have to master intricate differences to manage many channels or duplicate your actions in multiple places to get things done. Gladly gives you all channels in one place by default to simplify technology and improve your service. But we also know that channels already exist in many organizations and we have ways to integrate with other tools while keeping the powerful Gladly full customer view.

Chat and self-service

Your customers don’t always need (or want) to talk to a person, so Gladly built a unified knowledge system that works with all your channels. It integrates as a public Help Center in websites and also powers chat answers.

Gladly APIs

If you’re even reading this section, you’re probably technical-minded and should know that Gladly is built as a cloud system with APIs you can use for almost anything. If you want to build something amazing, give us a call.

Data streaming

After a half-century of digital evolution, good data matters more than ever. We say your data belongs to you, and you should be able to get anything you need on activities, metrics, measurements inside Gladly. We also added a powerful new tool this year for monitoring events directly from Gladly using AWS Event Bridge.

All of the above categories can go into much greater detail and complexity – this is only a beginning. Gladly built all of this (with more on the way) to fulfill your needs, but at the core, our mission is about your relationships with your customers. Gladly is designed around people to build personal relationships, more specifically, radically personal relationships to delight your customers and drive revenue.

About Gladly

Gladly is a customer service platform for digitally-focused B2C companies who want to maximize the lifetime value of their customers. Unlike the legacy approach to customer service software, which is designed around a ticket or case to enable workflows, Gladly enables radically personal customer service centered around people to sustain customer loyalty and drive more revenue.

The world’s most innovative consumer companies like Godiva, JOANN, and TUMI use Gladly to create lasting customer relationships, not one-off experiences.
