As the leader of CX Engagement at Warby Parker, Lauren ensures her team in New York, Nashville, and Las Vegas is engaged and delivers remarkable customer experiences. She does this by collaborating with partners across the organization, advocating for large-scale projects to drive employee engagement, and scaling the team to support Warby Parker’s amazing customers. Lauren has been a leader in the Nashville Headquarters since its opening in 2014, has supported the growth of the CX workforce, and expanded team presence to Warby Parker’s second optical lab in Las Vegas (where Customer Experience and Manufacturing teams work inside one facility for the first time).
