Danny Cox has 20 years experience in the aviation industry. He started in fractional ownership management of private jets in finance leadership. He has spent 14 years with JetBlue Airways with leadership roles in FP&A, Commercial, IT, and Contact Center.  At JetBlue Airways is where he found his passion area at the intersection of efficiencies for cost savings and guest experience in the challenging contact center environment.  There they trialed emerging technologies like Facebook Live and Gladly to enhance the team and guest experience.

Now as a founding member of the Breeze Airways team, in the role of Vice President, Guest Experience, Danny is excited to continue in his passion area and further refine and enhance the seamless Guest travel experience.”
