With the Tethr integration, customer interactions are analyzed (voice calls are also transcribed) and scores are automatically pulled into the customer’s conversation timeline in Gladly. The scores reflect what customers would have answered to a post-call Customer Effort Score survey based on interaction events.

Tethr Effort Index

TEI is an AI-derived metric, measuring effort for each customer interaction based on more than 275 independent variables and thousands of discrete phrases and utterances.

Prior Contact Summaries

Tethr insight provides a view of performance against customer expectations on 100% of interactions, easy-to-understand summaries of what already occurred, and key highlights to enable agent tailoring of the current or next interaction.
